Halloween 2008

Here are some pictures of Morgan's very first Halloween.

Here are some of the Highland babies.

Morgan was much more interested in other costumes her baby friends were wearing. She really wanted little Henry's hat. :)

Here is my husband, Darren, who is holding Morgan. She was ready to be done with the lady bug costume by this point, so we were fine with a glazed over baby at this point. :)

Morgan's Six Month Pictures

Here are a couple of Morgan's six month pictures. Susie Keith with Gotcha Photos in Dublin, Texas did a fabulous job with these. She is a wonderful photographer who is full of energy and always produces a high quality product. If you are interested in getting in touch with her, please let me know and I'll arrange it.

This is my favorite! Morgan always has her tongue sticking out . . .

Morgan and all her friends! Still has her tongue sticking out, while taking Tigger down!! That's my girl!! :)

New to the Scene

Well, I suppose you could say that I'm new to the "blogging scene". I figure this would be a great way to keep everyone updated on things going on in our lives, as well as progress with Morgan. I'm hoping to keep pictures updated for everyone to see. Determination on my part will be necessary to keep this up and running! Let's see...

We had Thanksgiving for my side of the family at our house this last Saturday evening. We had a blast! It was so much fun. Morgan was a little freaked out when everyone started running at her when they first arrived, but she calmed down and did very well the rest of the evening. Once she was able to ease her way into the crowd, she played and had a great time. We always have way too much food! We ate until we were miserable. I'm positive that we will be eating turkey and dressing for weeks to come . . .

Morgan is trying to crawl. She can't quite coordinate her arms and legs together, but she sure is trying hard. She has the right idea. She will get up on all fours and rock back and forth, if that's worth anything. :) She moves her legs, but hasn't figured out that she will have to work her arms to crawl, so she ends up face planting on the ground every time. Very cute . . . and quite funny, if I might say so.

Darren is doing well. He loves the police department at Tarleton. They really value his service; Darren feels very appreciate there. Everything else is really going well. I'll post some pictures of Morgan and the family soon for you all to see. Hope all is well with each of you!
